一．應(yīng)用范圍

YunTek 級(jí)閃蒸器適用于帶壓力液體樣品進(jìn)入分析儀器進(jìn)行分析的前端氣化以及樣品傳輸。其設(shè)計(jì)與性能與國(guó)內(nèi)同種產(chǎn)品相比有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)。

YunTek Super VPI is suitable for front-end gasification and sample transfer with pressure liquid samples entering the analysis instrument for analysis. Its design and performance have certain advantages compared with the same kind of domestic products.

五．應(yīng)用分析

石化客戶樣品組分以液態(tài)碳四為主，理論上液態(tài)樣品熱水浴氣化進(jìn)樣存在揮發(fā)不完全的問題，揮發(fā)性組分的重現(xiàn)性較差（重?zé)N組分重復(fù)性很差，甚至大于 50%）。實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)也驗(yàn)證了，客戶直接氣態(tài)進(jìn)樣數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性很差，即使用國(guó)產(chǎn)閃蒸器，由于使用了過大的傳輸管路，導(dǎo)致樣品不能夠被完全氣化，進(jìn)而會(huì)導(dǎo)致樣品分析結(jié)果的不完整以及其它錯(cuò)誤，亦存在重?zé)N組分揮發(fā)不充分或二次冷凝的現(xiàn)象。通過閃蒸進(jìn)樣的硫化物分析結(jié)果譜圖中，羰基硫組分峰面積相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差低于 0.5%，保證了分析結(jié)果的重復(fù)性。證明了 YunTek 閃蒸器對(duì)硫化物組分的進(jìn)果。

Petrochemical customers 'sample components are dominated by liquid carbon. Due to the use of excessive transmission lines, the sample can not be completely gasified, which in turn will lead to incomplete sample analysis results and other errors., There is also the phenomenon of insufficient volatilisation or secondary condensation of heavy hydrocarbon components. The peak area of carbonyl sulfur component is less than 0.5 % of the standard difference in the spectrum of sulphide analysis by Flash steaming sample, which ensures the repeatability of the analysis results. The results of YunTek flash evaporator on sulphide composition were proved.
